Pursuant to A.R.S. § 9-499.15, notice is hereby given that the City Council of Lake Havasu City, Arizona, will hold a Public Hearing for the purpose of establishing fees related to pavement restoration within public rights-of-way, as well as adjusting the Utility Permit cost-recovery rate. The hearing will be held on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as same may be heard, at the Lake Havasu City Municipal Courthouse – Council Chambers, 92 Acoma Blvd S, Lake Havasu City, AZ 86403.

Report on all proposed fees are available at the City Clerk’s Office, 2330 McCulloch Blvd. N., Lake Havasu City, AZ 86403 during the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. A copy of the written report is also available on the City’s website at www.lhcaz.gov
