GOVERNOR DUCEY ANNOUNCES EXTENSION TO STAY AT HOME ORDER

On April 29, 2020, Governor Doug Ducey issued Executive Order 2020-33, extending the Arizona’s Stay Home, Stay Healthy, Stay Connected Order through May 15, 2020, and further announced an extension of physical distancing measures and a systematic approach to a gradual economic reopening. Retail businesses are allowed to sell goods through delivery, window, walk-up, drive-thru, drive-up or curbside delivery, provided they establish and implement sanitation and physical distancing measures. In addition, Governor Ducey announced Arizona is aiming to allow restaurants to offer dine-in services to customers in May. Additional guidance, developed in coordination with public health officials, is expected in the days ahead.
